Redstone Pules Economy Sign

Suggested name: EcoPulseSigns

What I want: Hi there! I am looking for a way to activate a redstone pulse or keep a constant pules at the price of a currency when a sign is clicked.

It should have compatibility with well known economy plugins such as iConomy.

After the command has been executed, you should be able to Right-Click a sign, preferably wall signs, to create.
Right click to execute said sign. E.g.
*Right-Clicks, single pulse sent, uses wired dispenser*
*Right-Clicks, constant pulse sent, opens wired iron door*

Ideas for commands:
Option #1, commands
/ecosign [Create [Delete]] [Cost] [Pulse or Constant] [Pulse Time in seconds]
E.g. Creation: /echosign c 10.00 p 60
E.g. Deletion: /echosign d
Then right click your sign.

Option #2, a sign layout.
[EcoSign]
Cost [E.g. $10.00]
Pulse Length in seconds [E.g. 60]
Your text goes here! [E.g. EcoSign Example]

Ideas for permissions: echosign.create, echosign.break
