      Define the area with the "Wooden Hoe" (use rightclick)
    • /farea <areaname> -> Adds an Area
    • /delfarea <areaname> -> removes an Area
    • /listfarea -> Lists all Areas
    • /fareatoggle <areaname> autosave -> toggles the autosave function of an area. Autosave = save blocks, when toggling the area off.
    • /fareatoggle <areaname> protect -> toggles the protection of an area. ON = Area is only destroyable/buildable to users with permission: falsebook.destroy.blocks
    • /fareaallow <areaname> id[:subid] -> will add/remove the blocktype from the toggleable blocks of this area. Default: all blocks will be toggled.

    Duplicate free software? Why not...and if you really want to make a fork of it, you can always decompile java. The reason I want to have the source code (preferred git repository) is so I can add changes specific for my server (like adding locked chests as a valid block or removing stuff I don't use to get better performance) while still getting official bugfixes and stuff (which is alot harder if you have to decompile it all the time).

    Thanks, but I would really really recommend to use GitHub. That would make FalseBook alot more attractive for big servers which often have to change some stuff and makes it alot easier for others to contribute to it (if you want that). It's really easy to use if you know like 4 commands.

    @GeMoschen will we see a recodeing of the minecart stuff? i have benn waiting
    @Sevenos if thats big of a deal to you man just decompile it remove what u dont want and recompile it its dead easy.
    or you can just not add the permission nodes or the .jar file for what you dont want to use its that easy. falsebook is command-free except for the chat part of it i belive (sorry dont meen to sound like a dick)

    since the version 0.87 we keep having issues with Transmitters/Receivers. Every time we restart the server, they need to be toggled manually few times before they start working. There was no such a problem with previous versions.

    Also, I think [mc2101] is a bit bugged. It does it's job, but visually it remains permanently in ON state no matter if the signal that reaches it is high or low.

    My last question is regarding [mc1511]. What is the proper use of it? I remembered about restricted permission node but no matter what I try, I end up getting the "failed to execute command" message.

    If there's any additional info I should provide, let me know.

    ok so I just came back to MC after some time away and the server I'm on has falsebook. My question is if I make a gate, and use a sign with [Gate]... what's the point when anyone else I am trying to keep out can just place a second sign outside and open it? That's sort of fail isn't it?

    i have a problem with v0.87-DEV #3. When i build a [MC3030] (RS NOR LATCH), connect a button to SET and a button to RESET the following happens: When i press the button connected to SET OUTPUT changes to ON. Now when i press the button connected to RESET OUTPUT changes to OFF again but the wire going from the button to the ic stays powered and the only way to make the wire unpowered again seems to be breaking it. Interestingly pressing the button connected to SET (while the wire going to RESET is powered) will still set OUTPUT to ON but pressing the button connected to RESET will not turn it OFF anymore. I have had no problems with this ic in v0.86.2alpha. Did something change or am i doing something wrong?

    then ask the server to install a protection system! world guard, residents(think thats the name) or the one i would suggest precious stones

    u then protect the area and no one can build there

    renember this is the same building an iron door to keep people out and along comes a guy places a lever next to it, if you use a protection plugin (and have protected it) they cant place that lever, or in your case sign

    @GeMoschen hate to pest you but is there any progress on a fix for the mc0271 PLAYER sensor so much of my server wont open at mo

    Das hat nichts mit falsebook zu tun. Dieser fehler tritt sogar im original-server auf (ohne bukkit) und Mohjang versucht momentan das problem zu fixen.

    This has nothing to do with falsebook. Deleting signs/chests is a bug in the current server-software (even the original server without bukkit). Mohjang is working on a fix for that!

    Was ist mit dem cartspawn bug ? lege ich eine kabel direkt neben der kiste runter spawn er immer zwei cart,lege ich das kabel einen block weiter von der kiste entfernt runter, spawn er wieder normal einen

    Can you please fix a bug with the [MC0272] player detection sensor: If a player logs off nearby, it stays toggeled. Any chance you could add something so it does a quick scan of the area every minute or so, and if that player is logged off/not there anymore, it flicks itself off?

    My problem is, I'm trying to make a secret device in the enemy towns to tell me where each player is, but they tend to log off in the towns and the device stays turned on :(

    I have a question , in your config file , we can set the width of door/bridge, but if I put the two sign like this :

    It isn't ok , and the error is Doors must be made out of material

    So by testing multiple times I assume it is not possible at the moment for cauldrons to produce two items?
    ie: throw some items in, get two different items out
    I was trying to go with a role playing recipe and ended up crashing my client each time I tried my recipe. here is the formula.

    (1)Diamond Sword + (1)Lava Bucket = (1)Diamond + (1)Empty Bucket

    The falsebookchat was breaking my server's herochat, after removing it falsebook no longer functions. Suggestions to make it work? To remove the falsebookchat I just pulled its .jar

    try placing superpermbridge. before the node so if its falsebook.hiddenswitch then it becomes superpermbridge.falsebook.hiddenswitch

    none of the others added and we seem to be good (apart from the mc0271 and mc0272 bugs)

    Hmm have a lot of Problems with IC + Pistons and normal Minecraft Repeaters, a lot of crazy errors come up, like "couldnt listen to event_piston_block to falsebook.ic" If i have enough time, i will reproduce the error and send you the fail-log. Actually the construktion worked, but a huge amount of error-message @console. Using latest FalseBook version and Bukkit 1000.

    add them via the console that way you can tap up edit the mc number and then hit return and repeat whole process takes less then 10 minutes

    no offense but if you havent the time to add permission file details, you should not be a server admin

    the permissions you need to add are all listed on the first post, just instead of using the chat ingame use the servers console it has the function to tap up and the prevous command will show up, edit the mc number and hit return. Though really take your time it only has to be done once and if your a server administrator you want to make sure its done right.

    Great work! I'm currently testing Falsebook to replace Craftbook on my server. I've only one issue and I think it's how Gates are detected. In our city we have lamps made up of stacked fences (lamp posts) and glowstone "hanging" from them. With craftbook that is no issue since they don't have a solid block on top.

    Falsebook on the other hand sometimes ignores the gates that are immediatly beside the sign and chooses a lamppost some blocks away which --poof-- vanishes :).

    I don't want to change everything to [DGate] signs.. lots of gates out there.

    Could you add (maybe optionally) the check for the solid block?

    Normal repeaters is not working properly, neither do buttons and pressure plates.

    Since i began to use falsebook, the original repeaters don't work as they should. It don't recognize which state the repeater is, and just works like i have set it on the fastest setting.
    The signal goes equally quick on every setting.
    And the buttons and the pressure-plates don't delivers a normal long signal, just a very short.

    When i removed falsebook the problem was gone, so i think it was because of the falsebook plugin.
    can you fix this? i need it to work:(

    when you boot up bukkit the screen that shows all the loaded plugins etc is called the console. You place the same text into it as you would ingame omitting the /

    if you dont know the commands to use to add permission and to be fair if you dont know what the console is, you need to research it, running a server is work but also a lot of fun... you must know atleast the basics chap i work on my server daily, i have learnt loads no one handed me all the knowledge for which is good, only through errors will you learn.

    some one else may help you further but i have a bit of an issue with admins that make no effort (ask questions that are easy to find by searching, use auto updaters(there the worst!)) i mean you no offense by that and wish you luck on your impending research

    **if you use the shorthand ones you will give your users access to stuff that can ruin your servers economy, take the time do it right, it only needs to be done once**

    when i fix 4x4 size and i place sing that is like this
    then it still dont works :(

    I'm upgrading from MC1.6.6/CB860/FalseBook 0.86.1 to MC1.7.3/CB1000/FalseBook 0.87.
    Is there a way to convert the old DBs to the new Version? When i copy over the Gates.db, Doors.db and so on, it doesn't recognize them in the newer Version (maybe because there is this new "SelftriggeredICs.db" being used...). :(

    Hi guys I installed this mod today on my server I have everything working apart from the cauldron which honestly was the main reason I installed this mod. Eveytime I click on the glass it says cauldronrecipe not found and this is happening for the prewritten red wool combination.
    Should the cauldrons.txt be in the file for the world I want to use it on or should it just be under the FalseBook file.

    Thanks for any help you can give me on this
