Hey, can some kind person make a plugin that allows you to easily add attributes to items? Here's a few examples: This is possible in vanilla minecraft with a /give command, but for some reason, bukkit and spigot don't support the command. it just doesn't work, so it would be nice to have a easy way to do this without having switching in between vanilla and bukkit
