The default login messages are already showing the IP's of the players. there is also a plugin to get the IP of any player. You might want to take a look around at the plugins section.
Not exactly what you want, but very helpful for a small server. Here: IPFinder The plugin is not finished yet, so there are no commands to read the config (I'm working on it), but can see: 1. which IPs one playername used and 2. which names one IP used so you can see, if a player has two accounts. If the command is finished, it will look like this: /ipfinder check sd5 Current name: sd5 Current IP: 123.123.123.123 Other names of this IP: 5ds, ds5, s5d, 5sd, d5s Other IPs of the name of the player: 321.312.312.312, 1.22.333.4444 Try it out
