Region Restoration Plugin

I am looking for a working plugin that offers the ability to set specific regions and have it save the blocks in that region and be able to restore the region back to the saved original form with the option of having a timer so that I can set how long it takes to regenerate the region after it has been altered.

These plugins do exactly what I want or similar but are currently broken or do not offer exactly what is needed:

This one is currently outdated and no longer works.

This one lacks an in game way to set regions though it is a planned feature

This one is outdated and some of the features are broken

This one doesn't allow for custom blocks and offers too many features
