Economy Balance Chat Format

Suggested name: Economy Balance Chat Format

What I want: I am looking for a simple plugin that can hook into vault to find the players balance from the economy plugin used (E.g. Essentials Eco.) The plugin would take the balance of the player and make a prefix (That will go in front of all prefixes). For example the chat format could look like this: "(Points)[Rank]Name: Message"

I would like the prefix to be configurable, maybe it could have a config where %Balance% is replaced with the balance of the player. For example the config could look similar to this:

Prefix: "&8(&b%Balance%&8)"

Please remember that the prefix balance should go before all prefixes

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.
