There should be a plugin to allow users to book a hotel room on their server and then they can use an item to check what room number their room is in, like a phone kinda.
harrysbird This plugin is very outdated. Though i am looking for a plugin like it, and I think that a revival or remake of this would be great if anyone wants to give it a try.

Thanks for replying to us. I am making a completely unique server based around a massive hotel, and convenience is an issue because as it stands we have to make all regions with world guard and then do many other aspects manually.
