I want a guns plugin where you type a command and you get a gun. The item for the guns should be a melon stem which should be changeable in the config.YML file. The catch is... there should be :Roitshields, grenades, flashbangs, C4s, at least 20 guns, various attachments that you can add to guns in the crafting table, knives, and possibly more. I also want the guns to shoot snowballs. I hope somebody makes this plugin and updates it frequently. And if this plugin is made it would mean A LOT! The reason I want this and not crackshot is because I want my own custom plugin for guns because it will be WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAY better. First off, CrackShot is a VERY well put together plugin. And if you want something that is supposedly "WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAY better" then good luck getting it for free, and good luck for getting it cheap either. Your new plugin would take a stupid amount of time to make when you could probably just request features from the CrackShot developers and get the same result.
Most of the features from your post sound like they were TAKEN from CrackShot, so I have no idea what's wrong with using CrackShot...it's very customizable and a very nice plugin. If you have some sort of obsession with a plugin that does the exact same thing but it's 'your own custom plugin', learn java.

I don't want to make the plugin myself and learn java because I am currently learning C++ which is really hard to master. And by the way Crackshot doesn't have enough action and guns according to what players on my server said so I want them to have fun on my server, not be bored to death. If you really don't want to make this plugin then you should check my other plugin requests. Players on my server are bored using crackshot and want something better. Again, please learn to edit. Also, learn the limitations of a plugin, as plugins can't do this simply. RingOfStorms has a point and you won't be getting something "way way better" free, or cheap. Plugin development isn't cheap either.
Dude, you know you can add your own custom guns in crackshot? Just go to the configs. If you dont know how to add them yourself, go learn it. Or watch a video on YouTube, there are plenty of tutorials. If you want something cool on your server, you have to put some time and work in it. It isn't gonna fall out of the sky!
I know a plugin can do some of this stuff and I do have an idea in place of this one but is takes a mod author and I can't find a good one. So, you know how you can add mods to a regular Minecraft server and not bukkit? Well I had the idea for a modloader or Minecraft forge for bukkit servers. If someone can make this idea happen or if someone knows a mod author who can do this then PM me and I won't need to make plugin requests. sponsfelix, I kinda want my own plugin made because it can beat crackshot by a lot. So I went through the request and looked at the CrackShot plugin closely. I crossed out everything that the CrackShot plugin does already, and things it didn't do is in bold italics. THE ONLY THING CrackShot doesn't have is the nightvision option. Binoculars and "r" to reload are not possible. get optifine mod for zoom, and a custom client-sever like spout for the "r". And I'm sure if you searched you could find a nightvision plugin. And if not, just give players a potion effect with the vanilla /effect command. So at this point, CrackShot has better and more features than you even requested in the first place, so obviously you're missing something. CrackShot has everything you want and more, just use that. Literately the only thing that isn't in there that is possible is the nightvision. And if you want that in the gun plugin, go request it on their forums.
Ok then go to spout. The HUD is the item name, which shows up just above the hunger/health bar when the guns shoot and reload. That is about all minecraft can do with vanilla. If you want a full blown HUD then you need spout. A HUD in any game involves pictures and design, which is not possible here. EDIT: And again, that is ONE feature difference that you could request CrackShot to look into. No reason for someone to copy-paste the entire plugin then add in a HUD system to how you want it.
OK, I don't think I will need anyone else to comment on this post anymore because I am focusing on a new idea.
To add on to this, it would be a lot easier for the CrackShot developer to add night vision than it would be for somebody else to recode the entire plugin with night vision in it...just request it.
Your new Idea will have same comments because you do not know what you exactly want! Im 14 and I am a website coder and minecraft server maker and designer! I can not help you with your request as I am not a java coder! If you want people to make stuff for free then keep it simple, especially if there is a similar plugin which can be used to replace your idea!
I just found CrackShot in this thread for the first time, I've literally been looking for a plugin with configurable guns forever. How could you not love this plugin OP?
First of all, if someone will develop a plugin based off request, it will not be your own custom plugin. Most probably it will be new public plugin. Secondary, you can't request plugins like "you must make this plugin for me immediately, regardless of anything". Asking for plugins in this thread you most likely saying "Hey, there is a cool idea, maybe you will decide to make a plugin for it for your server and decide to share it".
