For example, race A has faster speed, lower attack power. Race B has lower speed, high defense ( lets say 3 armor bars without anything equipped. ) etc.
Dont think you'll find a plugin to this exactly, but with a bit of time/knowlege you might be able to get what you need(or close) with a combination of s86 powers and (bpermissions,groupmanager,ect) <- any of those. Create a group [Elf] and add a power to that group like "acrobat" I did something similar to a smaller server of mine.
I made a script that will choose your race (permission group) for you with Variable Triggers. It's on the Variable triggers shared scripts forum it doesnt give any skill itself. it just seperates people into different groups which you can manually add different plugin powers too.
