I think he means that he wants mushroom soup, for example, to heal all hearts.. I'm pretty sure it isn't possible - since beta 1.8.1 there's food.. But maybe there's a way to do it using an event..
So "Heal hearts At what Ever Hearts" = fully heal? Interesting way for the OP to put it. I believe there is an event for food consumption, but I've never used it before. And if that's the case, then this already exists.
