Erm... Voxel Sniper? I use these commands when there is a fire on one of my builds. /b b 20 /v (water id) Click the fire w/ arrow /b drain Your done!
What you have suggested, doesnt do anything he wants. He wants a plugin which STOPS players from putting out fires with their fist. He doesn't want a solution to stop a building burning down.
