[REQ] time plugin

hi all, i have a plugin request mayby that other players want it 2?

Suggested name: Timeplugin

What I want: A plugin that changed the time speed. You can make day's longer/shorter.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: time.settings = who can change the time speed

Someone that would try it?
