I've been making dungeon and trying to make bosses at the end of them. with citizens guards which attack players, but im not able to make them drop items or change their skin. I need a plugin that allows me to make costum mobs for my server . I would like to know if there is a plugin like this cause if searched everywhere and i can't find anything like it. The spawn location must be fixed and must have multiworld support.
mob skins are client-side, there is no way you can code this as a server plugin without client modifications I'm afraid
Try using SpoutPlugin's API. Sad part is only players with the spoutcraft client will see the custom skins, but regular players will still be able to play.
Is that the reason why aethers doesn't work on multiplayer? Is it possible to Make a suitable texture pack ( default but then with the extra mob) for the players on the server? EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
