Nice Working Fly Plug- in for 1.1 R-4

Looking for someone to make a decent nice working fly plug-in for 1.1 R-4 something with hovering and ability to use hot keys I've looked at every fly plug-in out there and NONE for them are for R-4 the only one that is sucks.

Anything would be nice I'm not looking for Mind=Blown but it would be nice.

yes i realize that there are client side mods, but i own a server in progress and want to implement Op flying, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks for replying.

 

Hotkeys are only possible with a client-side mod

Yes thats the one im currently using its not the best, the hovering ability is weird it doesnt work at all
