why i cant download bukkit for windows?

You can't download CraftBukkit at the moment. It is still affected by a DMCA. The only thing that you can download is a fork that is availible on the spigot website, this is for 1.8. Earlier versions are illegal

ok, I found the problem. I was using the 1.8 version but had spigot 1.7.10. Could you recompile the last version for 1.7.10, if you can please, so we have the bugfixes?

i did not ban you. You had 5 warnings which autonatically banned you. But we discussed and drew the conclusion that you will have 1 more chance. 1 more warning and you will be banned.
