I want to sell/rent regions and there are some plugins which provide this (i use BuyRegion), but all of them add the player who rented a region to the member list of a region. but i want the players to change some flags of the region if they rent them. Worldgurad provides permissions for this, but only for the owner of a region. So, this is where this plugin needs to hook in. there should be a list with regions in the config.
