Plugin Help WorldGuard not working

Hey. so i have worldedit and wordguard and i claimed the land and all that and i want to allow access to chests and signs and that stuff and i did the command /rg flag spawn chest-access allow and it allowed it working fine no issue with the command but when i go to open the chest it does not open please helps



EDIT: Fixed that but it made a different problem the players can no long edit the terrain anywhere spawnprotection is on 0

i dont want to op players who join i want them to be able to build out of worldguard zone but they cant atm
