Plugin Help Worldguard Interact Flag

I have sat here for several hours, searched the internet, and tried and tried again and again, but no matter what i do, i still get this message whenever i try and do something in my spawn.

I want it so you can interact with things in the spawn, but not break anything. Here are my flags i have set up for the spawn.
