Problem/Bug WorldGuard Help

    So, I'm using WorldGuard, and I gave Owner into a certain person in a region.
    But everyone can open the chests in that region, and I just want to the owner Open, what should I do?
    I tried a lot of flags, like Use, Interact and Chest-access, but I can't!
    PLEASE HELP!!

    Use '/region flag <region> chest-access -g nonmembers deny' on the region. That will only allow members and owners of the region to access chests. Check with '/region info <region>' which flags you have set and remove any that you do not need.
