   So, I'm server admin on my server - and I'm trying to ban the placement of quarries only in the overworld, along with every other item on the ban list that is already there. I would like to make an exception of sorts so you can still craft it in overworld; just not place it.
   http://prntscr.com/5nhzbx - is my current list of banned items, I was just wondering if it was possible to not deny its crafting, while still deny the crafting of everything else on the ban list. Is this possible? :l
