When I //copy what I want and when I go to //paste it paste in the ground making it look bad and I would like help how to paste it flat and even o n the ground where I worldedited a spot for it please help.

The copy and paste are both relative to your location. So if you stand on the ground when you do the copy, stand on the ground in the same relative location when you do the paste.
