Plugin Help world guard not protecting

hi. me and a few friends are building a prison server and everything was going smoothly until today. we tried to create regions but when we added flags such as block-break deny however players can still break blocks, i checked the perms in group manager and everthing is fine. i have the latest version of world guard.

Edit: i realized that the blocks i select with the wand are protected but not the actual space in between them

-Check it while you are deop.
-dont change block break flag, its already done for you.
-please be sure that you are marking the area properly.

 

i checked it while deoped. Also the area is properly marked im sure of it, and it worked yesterday but now it isnt it think it could be a conflicted plugin but i cant find anything online about it.

chaeck that in the config regions you will have it like this:

 

I think its right:

Maybe flag build as deny and construct as deny.

 

i have redone the region to perfection hundreds of times trust me

ok i realised that i can only break certain blocks.

did you tryed to delete the folder of the plugin?
u have the latest ver of it?

Yes ive tried deleting the folder and yes i have the latest build
