   @HomelessBear By "use" do you mean simply right clicking the door/trapdoor? This would be quite easy with WorldGuard's blacklist, something like this:
   

   Code:

   [door,trapdoor]
   on-interact=deny

   That's untested by the way. I haven't used the blacklist feature for a while so the syntax may not be accurate.
