It's getting closer, I am working on a plugin I call VotingBooth. It is a way of taking polls with a more of a roll playing aspect to it. You can create voting booths, completely with signs. The design for that is simple

    Sign Type 1: Question sign

    You put:
    [Vote]
    ?

and when a poll is active, sign changes to:
    (Green)[Vote]
    Should macintosh264 be banned?

    Sign type 2: Status sign

    You put:
    [Vote]
    open?

and when a poll is active, sign changes to:
    (green)[Vote]
    (green)Open for polling

when poll is not active, sign changes to:
    (red)[Vote]
    (red)Closed, sorry

    Sign type 3/4: Vote sign

    You put:
    [Vote]
    1

    or
    [Vote]
    2

and when a poll is active it changes to:
    (Green)[Vote]
Choice 1, as specified in the poll command

    and:
    (Green)[Vote]
Choice 2, as specified in the poll command

    Features:
    • Rewards for voting, such as money, or diamonds
    • Create polls via command
    Commands:
    • /vote create <id> <Question> <Choice1> <Choice2> <time(minutes)>
    • /vote setrew <id> <item/econ> <amount>
    • /vote status <id>
    • /vote close <id>
    • /vote reset <id>
    • /vote finalResult <id>
    • /vote spout
    • /vote help
the spout command will open a spout menu for a full gui admin of the voting system, requires spoutcraft

The poll results are stored forever, and can be reaccessed at any time, as long as you do not reuse the id. There can only be 1 poll at a time.

This will be ready in a few weeks, and please, don't rip me off. :D

    Thanks,
