   so when ever i try to join my server it just gives me iron arrmor and i just dont know how can i remove it or which plugin is it from

   @xsnipez if you are getting the armor but your friends aren't, you probably have some permission that gives iron armor on join. And it is probably coming from the CustomJoinItems plugin I saw in your list.
