so that means I have to upgrade my server memory space?

 

Try removing some plugins... PURLEY AS A TEST

 

you can ...
remove plugins/worlds
lower view distance/player limit
allocate more ram to your server (give it more ram)

and next time you need to give us a plugin list ... please use /plugins in the console ... it will give you a fine, easy to read list.
