    I'm looking into vectors. This would lag a server a lot. Would it have to be random? or would you need to be able to configure it?

    LOL, reminds me of Bellagio in Las Vegas. VegasCraft FTW

    I'd imagine it'd only be on special events, so lag may or may not be a problem for him :p

    If you can do it so the water is random I think that it would work better. But it would have to be in an area which was specified...

    They have one very similar to it. Called "Fountains".

    Well in single-player with command blocks is simple but Ik how to implement it in plugin!

    Someone has probably already said this, but I'm not going to look for it. Regardless of how well your server can take it, there is also the issue of client lag. So many FallingBlock entities would likely cause nearby players to lag.
