Information: i need a plugin for me and my friends to use like seperate magic wands

Information 2: seperate wands that deals damage
- Thunderstorm Wand = lightning strikes in a line of 5 blocks
- Meteor Wand = if not possible dont include {{ a fire particle will come down to the targetted thing/block and explodes no block damage
- Shock Wand = sparks of firework surrounds the target making them unable to move

Information 3: can you make a config too like cooldowns and damages and how long for shock wand to shock the target

Others: if not possible please do not make

Permissions : DBwands.permissionscraft

Thunderstorm wand strikes in a line of 5 blocks where the player is looking

This sounds really cool. I can seem to imagine it to take a long time, though.

What you can do is the /pt (powertool) command that comes with essentials. Hold the item you want the command to be associated with, and type this: /pt <command>. This only works with the commands you have on your server though. For lightning, I think it's /pt smite. Now click the item you have in your hand to use the command. When you are done, hold the item and do /pt again to clear all the set commands off the item, so when you use the item later it doesn't accidentally kill someone.

it means theres cooldown and /pt command only works on YOURSELF -_-

I know, I'm just giving the best possible solution. /pt does any command. Like:
