Votifier LISTENER [REQ]

    I need a listener where I can use a command to make it so a single person can get more for voting
    So i can use it on my buycraft store

    /vl add {name} more <- Command

    And a permission
    vl.more

    Votifier Listener = VL

    I want to make it so people can spend $5.00 for a votifier upgrade through BuyCraft
