Problem/Bug Votifier and RewardVoting not working!

Hello, I have votifier and rewardvoting installed on a server. However, I voted for my own server just to test the plugin but Nothing happens after I vote. Also, I got a strange message in the Console saying "Notch voted for us, but unfortunately he was offline!" (I was online at the time). Also, in the console it says that Votifier was enabled succesfully. Also, there are no errors with rewardvoting either. I am wondering if rewardvoting is supposed to be installed in my listeners folder, as i have it installed in the plugins folder currently.

EDIT: I tried installing in the listeners folder but no config file was created.
