[User error] BukkitDev Account Disappeared

Hello People.

This post goes specifically to the admins. As I can't find any ticket system for those kind of things I'll just post it here

It seems that I ran into a problem on BukkitDev.
I created (and linked) an account called just like my account on this forum (TheA13X) and uploaded a plugin. As the title implies I can't log into it anymore.
Now, I know that BukkitDev uses Curse Accounts ("These are the same credentials you use on other Curse Network websites.") and this might be a problem. I don't have a Curse account with this name and the password recovery function won't help, because my E-mail adress is already linked to another account.

Do you have any solutions, for me?

P.S.: The Password Recovery doesn't work anyways ("initiateResetPassword Web Service method name is not valid.")

 

Your DBO account IS your Curse account. For a password reset, just go to curse.com and do it there. Accounts can't magically disappear.

 

Well I can log into my Curse Account...

Edit: My fault. Differet E-mail ending. gmail vs googlemail wth...
