Unlimited Potions

Can you make a plugin for me please. You set unlimited potions. you do /upotions {potion} {Strength} {time} for the command and after that you put a potion e.g. i wud do /upotions strength 5

The time variables are in seconds but * means unlimited potion until cancelled with /upotions {player} off which clears there potions. Like /heal.

in config there's a list of the potions you can use. Thanks.
