   I would like a plugin which connects with mcmmo which allows you to make training dumbies.
   Training dumbies are armour stands (nothing on them) that cannot be destroyed.
   When hit with a sword or axe you can slowly gain xp from continually hitting it, getting swords or axes skills.
   When hit with a bow you can gain xp, a little faster than with the swords and axes.
   The armour stands play the anvil falling noise when hit.
