   So me and my friend have PvP Server and we dont like if other players are making /spawn while someone is hitting them. How i can get this thing to my server, I have to wait like 5 seconds and stand still.Help please

   ok go to essentials
   go in the config file
   then scroll down to find the timing
   the default is 0, change it to 5
   done
