Problem/Bug Townychat not letting players change channels?

Though I have the permissions that the Towny site states are needed to leave/join channels and there are no errors in console, people are unable to do it.
Perms (the ones for townychat):
- towny.chat.join.local:true
- towny.chat.leave.local:true
- towny.chat.join.town:true
- towny.chat.leave.town:true
- towny.chat.join.nation:true
- towny.chat.leave.nation:true
- towny.chat.general:true
- towny.chat.town:true
- towny.chat.nation:true
- towny.chat.local:true
- towny.chat.join.global:true
- towny.chat.leave.global:true

Solved this issue, some perms go in townyperms and some don't and I was confused.
