Problem/Bug Towny plugin changes the treasury of towns

So, after some period of time towny changes the treasury of towny to strange values. These values may be the same as in others cities. Like 88, 255, 125, 8, 64. It's like mystical riddle for me and my server.
Now we have three towns with 125$, three with 124$ and two with 64, one with 264.

We've tried to create test city and deposit plenty of money but nothing happend. It seams that our 'economy' only changes small towns or towns with bankhistory.

We have no taxes , unkeep and other things that affect balance. So we've seen all logs and there were no issues or withdrawals.
