Filled Towny Block Protection

Suggested Name: TownyBlockProtection

What I Want: Ok first off I don’t know if anyone is willing to do this. Ok so what I want is a plugin that removes towny’s block protection and gives it its own custom block protection. What this would do is that people are able to break blocks but each block when broken will be responded. The block has to be broken a certain amount of times before it is actually gone. Example: wooden planks would have to be broken 15 times or a diamond block would have to be broken 100 times. All of theses values would be adjustable in the configuration file for every single tripe of block in the game. Or an alternative would to be adjust a blocks durability if it is inside a land claim. This would only apply to people who do not own that kind or are apart of it.

Commands: just a configuration for block durability in the configuration file
