TOP-DOWN view Plugin with NPC's?

Hello Minecrafter!

I've been looking for a specific Minecraft RPG plugin for several weeks.
Unfortunately there is no such one yet and my developer had a problem with NPCs (but at the bottom)
The plugin should enable a top-down view and have the following content:

- Minecraft 1.12.2 - Create NPC 10 blocks under the player

- The NPC should be tied to the player, run underneath him and hit and get damage like the player

- If the NPC gets hurt, the player should also get hurt! - The NPC should jump automatically if it has to. This can reduce the distance between the NPC and the player!

- The NPC should be able to use armor (also enchants)

- The NPC should be able to shoot arches

- The NPC should be able to use enchants on swords

- If the player presses W, the NPC runs north. When player d presses O. When player S presses south and when player A presses west.

That was all. Now to the problem from my developer: NPCs can be spawned around the world, but with an error. However, they are not recognized correctly by the server and cannot be deleted or moved. So you are not really there ....

If someone has solutions to the problem, codes or maybe even a plugin.
