Timed access to WG region

Hey guys

Wondering if it's possible to create a plugin that will teleport a player out of a world guard region to a defined area after a certain time, this would be used for things like shops that close after a certain time, once the shop closes the player would be moved out of the shop region until it opens again the next day.

Is anything like this possible to make?
