Hey, I'm searching for a texure pack, in which only the glowstone has a different texture (a more modern). Thanks!
If only you want the texture pack, then just make it, it's extremely easy, find a texture pack you like, cut the glowstone out, and paste it on vanilla textures. Only you will see that though. Also, this is a plugin request forum, not the place for texture packs or anything related really.
To sum it up: The glowstone texture is a part of the terrain.png Textures can only be changed per-file, not per-block (except stuff like chests) You would have to replace the whole terrain.png
