Team organization and CTF

Overview
I would really love a plugin where you type /join and you are randomly put on one of 2 teams (red and blue)

there will be a cap on how many ppl can join


Teams
donors would have /join red or /join blue to specifically choose what team they want

Admins could create a team by doing /team create
I only want 4 colors red blue purple green)

then the plugin would teleport the two different to two different locations where you can set the locations with /team set which would be their spawnpoint for the rest of the game.

being on a team makes your nametag the color of the team you cant hurt allied teammates

Flags
the flags will be in a chest that corrisponding to the team
possible ways admins can place the chest
right clicking trapped chest with a certain item
using a comand to spawn infront of them
spawn "teamchest into hand"

ROUND WILL NOT END ONCE FLAG CAPTURED

possible commands would be /team flag set
/team flag place

Time
the players wil have 20 minutes to play. chat will be reminding them the time at intervals of 5 minutes
at the end of the time the chat wll annouce the winning team (optional: and mvps)

Scoreboard
you might find a plugin for this though, but it would be sweet to have a countdown clock and a team points display
