What I want: I would like to see a plugin that shows everyone's hearts in tab. I would like it to be able to be diasbled with a command, and then renabled with the same command.

I would like it to be possible to show MORE than the default minecraft hearts of 10/10 or 20/20. Infact up to 20/20 or 40/40. This will help quite a bit, if you can also squeeze in a command where people can /health [name] and it will output a command like the one shown in 'Ideas.'

Ideas for commands: /health [name] , /healthtab on, /healthtab off, /healthtab reload!
