Suggestion: Someone Should Review Categories.

If you browse by category on BukkitDev there are so many plugins that have just used all of the categories for the sake of it, to try and get more downloads presumably.

As an example http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/gps/ of the five this is in I would say only 1 is relevant. It is defiantly not chat related :?

Perhaps it would be best to only allow one category to stop people spamming them.
