Subscription system broken?

    Hey there guys,

    is it just me or are you getting no emails anymore, too?
    Someday it just stopped worked (somewhere last week)
    [NO, it's not in the spam folder, not in Outlook, nor in my online inbox of my provider]

    Normally I set the subscription to real time, for tickets, files and comments (on my and other projects), but I don't receive any emails anymore...

    Did I miss some of the big red news saying it's broken?
    The funny thing is that all my notifications are still listed on my profile!

    my item code email didn't arrive, too,
    and this subscription to the thread wasn't delivered, too...

    Going to contact my email provider

    If you want to get it sooner, you should also be able to find your item code from the site. Go to the Store, click My Item Codes at the top right, and then click "Click to view" for the item.

    I know, that's how I accessed my last code.
    Definitively my provider.
    I fear calling a hotline with ~2€ per minute, I changed my email and works again...
