Stop the Nether and The End from generating

I'm planning on hosting a server soon, and the Nether and End are disabled, and to save on space I don't want those two worlds in my dedicated server. Is there a way to keep them from generating?

I don't know what is the easyer way but I can give you 2 possibilities :

-Buy a bigger harddrive to don't have any problem with space.
-Try to, or ask someone, or put suggestions on the forum, to create a plugin which can do what you want.

allow-end (and possibly also allow-nether) in your bukkit.yml file
allow-nether in your server.properties file

Set them to false

The options you need are in those 2 files, they might not necessary have the same names I mentioned above. Good luck :3
