Spider No-Climb Plugin. (Ice cannot be climbed, and/or other blocks)

Looking for SOME way on our server to repel spiders off of walls without the need for ledges.

Any thoughts on a plugin that makes ice un-climbable?

Seems that something like this would make sense, given that ice is incredibly slippery.

Is this possible? Seems too difficult?

Thanks for the reply. At least I know it's not outside the limitations of the software. Though I have no takers on the idea, I could provide some thoughts:

1. In the "No-Climb" plugin, the admin could set what is and is not climbable.

2. Make certain blocks "injure" the spiders if the spider attempts to climb it.

3. Allow the plugin to be turned on/off at any time.

I know it's not much, but I'd be willing to donate $10 (paypal only) to the developer who can come up with this plugin.

To my knowledge there isn't a way to curb mob movement since there are no hooks for movement other than player movement.
