SpawnShield Plugin For Hcf

Suggested name: HcfSpawnShield

What I want: The thing i want is when a player gets hit it will say in the conner of the screen you cannot enter spawn for 30 seconds. And if they try to enter, there will be a huge wall stopping them from getting in. Also i would like it so i could select a area with a arrow or stick then create it.

Ideas for commands: /spawnshield create Example [how high] Have to be selected first

Ideas for permissions: dont know about any permissions.
