sounds and player specific

    Hey i have custom sounds for my server im in need of a plugin that i can say play this sound on the players first join but i only want him to hear it! since i have a prison server i want it so when a player walks up to a guard the plugin knows a sound to play so i can have them say move along but only to that player.
