Sorted Villager Shop

What I want: A villager shop, that you can sort the items into categories. The villager would use economy plugins instead of items. You buy the items with left click, and sell with right click. Selling would have a different price from buying.

Ideas for commands: /villagershop (/vs)-Create the shop

Ideas for permissions:
villagershop.create: False if the player isn't allowed to make a shop, true if they can. By default, false.
villagershop.use: False if the player isn't allowed to use the shop, true if they can. By default, true.

Nevermind, found a plugin close enough: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/guishop/

If someone can get this shop into a villager, though, that would be grand.
