Sort of runescape tree/stone plugin

Hi!,

I'am looking for a plugin that does the same thing as woodcutting/mining in Runescape.
When you mine are gether wood the stones/tree comes back at that spot within a few seconds.

Now I'm not a developer so i dont know if this is hard.
As alternitive i ones saw a part of a plugin do something almost the same.
This is that when you cut a tree the tree keeps standing but you get the logs in your inventory.

This is for a mmorpg server where build is disabled with worldguard so maybe something to override that so you can only mine the objectives.

plugin name: rpgadd (its a litlle addon for rpg servers)

permissions: rpgadd.use

Sorry if I posted to little info or anything, this is my first request and I'm not good with forums
